Grape varieties : Mostly old-vine Malbec, Merlot and Tannat
Winemaking : Semi-carbonic maceration, mille-feuille of malbec and merlot for 7 days before adding tannat on top.
Terroir : Burdigalian clay-limestone, in the commune of Beaucaire sur Baïse. Vines averaging 45 years old.
Tasting notes : A lovely nose of intense black fruit, an elegant palate with silky tannins, and a very fresh finish. This wine can also be cellared for at least 5 years to fully reveal the finesse of the clay-limestone terroirs of Ténarèze in the Côtes de Gascogne.
🍷 Serving temperature 16/17°, decanting recommended 1 hour before serving.
