An iconic estate in Chablis, Domaine Dauvissat is today among Burgundy's greatest white wines. The estate has been cultivated for three generations. René, Vincent's father, and before him Robert, his grandfather, already worked their vineyards and bottled their own wines. Vincent has managed the estate that bears his name since 1989. Today, Étiennette, Vincent's daughter, also works alongside her father.
