Pascal Agrapart is one of the most revered winemakers in Champagne. Based in Avize, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs, he crafts cuvées of exceptional purity that captivate top sommeliers and discerning wine lovers around the world.

As a Propriétaire-Récoltant-Manipulant, Pascal and his son Ambroise Agrapart cultivate their own grapes exclusively across 12 hectares, primarily classified as Grand Cru. Here, there are no purchased grapes—each cuvée is a pure reflection of its terroir. The vineyards are tended with a natural and low-intervention approach, including soil ploughing, homemade compost, and absolutely no synthetic herbicides or pesticides.

In the cellar, this commitment to authenticity continues: fermentation with indigenous yeasts, ageing in oak barrels or tanks, no fining or filtration. Each cuvée is vinified with meticulous precision and minimal dosage, allowing the vibrant minerality of the Côte des Blancs’ chalky soils to shine through. All riddling is still done by hand, preserving time-honoured craftsmanship.
