  • Romain Geronimi

    In 2024, Romain trades the shores of Corsica for the slopes of the Pyrenees, and his teacher’s chalk for a wine merchant’s corkscrew.
    He joins Cave du Palais to begin a work-study programme in “Sommelier & Wine Merchant” with Franck Thomas.
