FRERES MIGNON

The Frères Mignons, Florent and Julien, took over their father's vineyards in 2015, making them part of Champagne’s new generation of winemakers. They have the privilege of working 8.5 hectares of vines from exceptional massal selection, spread across the Grand Cru villages of Avize and Cramant (both classified 100% Grand Cru), as well as the Premier Cru villages of Cuis (primarily Chardonnay) and Cumières (mainly Pinot Noir).

The estate is farmed organically and follows biodynamic principles. Their wines generally do not undergo malolactic fermentation (though it is not blocked), preserving a beautifully crisp tension.

As a fun touch, both brothers are comic book enthusiasts and have given each of their barrels the name of a comic book hero!
