Free Delivery in Pau and surrounding towns for a minimum order of €60 within a 10km radius.

Pick up orders placed by phone, email or internet at Cave du Palais, 7 Place de la Libération. Orders are prepared within 2 hours during opening hours.

Gift Wrapping

Please inform us of any gift wrapping requests. We can present bottles in boxes, packs, or gift wrap. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and we apply real prices for very high-quality packaging. For individuals, these costs depend on the selected delivery method.

1 Magnum counts as 2 x 75cl Bottles.

Prices are inclusive of all taxes.

We do not ship on Fridays  (and depending on the period and with your agreement, we also avoid Thursdays) so that the wine is not blocked over the weekend. During periods of high heat or extreme cold, we avoid shipping (with your authorization) to protect the wine.

STANDARD 
Shipments will be made with Mail Boxes Etc (UPS), FedEx or Colissimo.

Deliveries will be honored for addresses in mainland France excluding Corsica. For any delivery to Corsica, overseas French territories (DOM TOM) or abroad, please consult us.

EUROPE 
Shipments will be made with Mail Boxes Etc (UPS), FedEx or Colissimo. To a pick-up point or directly to your home.

Conditions

Ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. The package will be delivered to the buyer via a transport provider chosen by SARL CAVE DU PALAIS, depending on the nature and volume of the order. In case of absence during delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier and SARL CAVE DU PALAIS within a maximum of 48 hours after the driver's visit. If the package is delivered to a Pick-up Point due to absence, you have 5 days to collect it; after this period, the package will be returned to us and you will be re-invoiced for shipping costs.

Carriers impose a flat rate of €50 for a returned package.  

Deadlines

!!No shipping on Fridays (and depending on the period and with your agreement, we also avoid Thursdays) to prevent wines from being stored in unsuitable conditions!! 

Deliveries for individuals will take place within a maximum of 96 hours following payment of the order. The ordered products will reach them within two to three days of dispatch. Delays beyond these delivery times cannot give rise to damages, deductions, or cancellation of current orders. In any event, timely delivery can only occur if the buyer has provided SARL CAVE DU PALAIS with accurate recipient contact information.

Exceptional circumstances
SARL CAVE DU PALAIS cannot be held responsible for losses, damages, errors, or delivery failures if one or more "exceptional" circumstances, discharging the seller of its obligations, are established, such as:

- fortuitous events or force majeure, namely: any climatic event (storm, cyclones, earthquakes, floods, etc.) or any other exceptional event (road, maritime or air accident; embargoes, wars, strikes, etc.);

- any defects or peculiarities related to the nature of the shipment, even if they were known at the time of order acceptance by SARL CAVE DU PALAIS;

- any act, omission, or negligence of any third party, for example: the sender, the recipient, any interested third party, any administrative employee, any postal services, any carrier or any other third party to whom the shipment would be entrusted by our transport provider to serve areas not directly served by them, even if the sender had not requested or been informed of the use of a third party;

- any damage caused by electrical or magnetic phenomena.
