Aurélien Suenen, a native of Champagne, produces exceptional Champagnes from 3 hectares of magnificent Grand Cru plots: Oiry, Cramant, and Chouilly (Chardonnay), as well as a small plot (planted with ungrafted Meunier) in the Vesle Valley.
