Tasting notes: White fruits, candied citrus and beautiful floral notes on the nose. A supple attack gives way to an explosion of energy. The fine tannic structure (light maceration) is supported by a beautiful saline and vibrant finish typical of the granitic subsoil!

Located in Scherwiller in the Bas-Rhin, Domaine Achillée has been cultivating its vineyard biodynamically for over 20 years. The Dietrich family even takes this eco-responsible approach further by building Europe's largest straw winery. Suffice to say, nothing is left to chance in faithfully transcribing the essence of their plots planted on a mosaic of different soils: gravel, sandstone, schist, clay and granite. Natural winemaking allows typical Alsatian grape varieties such as Riesling, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir to express themselves authentically, as close as possible to the terroir.
