At the Soubestre honey farm, Léa, Antoine, and Sylvain are beekeepers north of Pau in Lonçon. This mead is made from one of their honeys with a predominant Frangula - Bramble profile, produced in the Landes forest. It is a semi-dry mead (approx. 70g residual sugar),
with 12.5% alcohol, best served chilled as an aperitif.
