Vermont is a Hazy IPA brewed with a base of Extra Pale and Chit malts, to which they’ve added flaked oats and wheat to give it a smooth and pleasant mouthfeel.
They added Amarillo hops in whirlpool to further accentuate the citrus notes, while the intense dry-hop with Motueka, Mosaic, El Dorado, and YCH 803 intensifies its aromatic profile: get ready to discover refreshing lime zest, exotic lychee, and a pleasant hint of apricot compote.
Founded in 2015 in Hernani, south of Donostia, San Sebastián in the Spanish Basque Country. Crafting authentic-style beers with the finest ingredients and techniques lies at the heart of their mission.
