This year, they used fresh Cascade flowers in the hot side and a super blend of Hallertau Blanc + Wakatu + Mandarina Bavaria + Hull Melon + Ariana + Vista from Pepo for the dry hopping.
The result? Their best Harvest to date.
Founded in 2013 by Andoni Galdos in Donostia, San Sebastián. A warm, geeky spot with a welcome that will knock you off your feet, this young brewery has everything of a great one, with a perfect team located not far from the universities.
