Description: An exceptional Imperial Stout, shaped by time and wood. After 9 months of ageing in American Bourbon barrels and peated Scotch whisky casks, this beer reveals remarkable aromatic complexity.
On the nose, notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and burnt caramel intertwine with a subtle peaty smokiness. On the palate, the warmth of the alcohol merges with the bourbon’s vanilla roundness and the earthy depth of the whisky. A dense, woody, enveloping experience to be savoured like a digestif.

Created in 2017 by Vincent Chauvet and Baptiste Cartereau in Biarritz. Today, the brewery is located nearby in Anglet, where they had to expand to keep up with demand! Their beers are handcrafted, brewed with passion, and bottled at their brewery in Anglet.
Their philosophy of highlighting each individual ingredient goes hand in hand with developing clean, precise, and well-crafted recipes. Above all, they aim to let each raw material fully express its own profile through highly aromatic beers that are light, accessible, yet still complex.
