Tasting notes: Very fruity nose with pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, with notes of ripe citrus and candy. On the palate, a silky and juicy texture, intensely aromatic yet balanced, for a fresh, fruity, and ultra-clean finish.
Created in 2017 by Vincent Chauvet and Baptiste Cartereau in Biarritz. Today, the brewery is located nearby in Anglet, where they had to expand to meet demand! Their beers are handcrafted, brewed with passion, and bottled in their brewery in Anglet.
The idea of highlighting each of their ingredients goes hand in hand with writing refined, mastered, and accomplished recipes. Above all, they want to let the different raw materials fully express their profile through highly aromatic, light, accessible, yet complex beers.
