The craft brewery La Varette is located in Ibos in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65). The beers focus on natural, indigenous and/or spontaneous fermentations. Benjamin is far from a conventional approach; inspired by the seasons and uses fruits and flowers from his immediate surroundings!
Sour Beer
A blend of naturally fermented beers, aged for 12 months in barrels, followed by an additional 8 months in a former dry Jurançon barrel from Monein.
