La Varette craft brewery is located in Ibos - Hautes Pyrénées (65). Its beers focus on natural, indigenous, and/or spontaneous fermentations. Benjamin is far from a conventional approach; he is more inspired by the seasons and uses fruits and flowers that are local to him!

Raw beer brewed at the spring equinox. Fermented with a maceration of wild dandelion flowers in a Burgundy barrel.
