A clean and elegant toasted profile, with hints of pure cocoa and a subtle touch of fresh bread. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, with a balanced and full body. The natural sweetness of the malt supports the whole without being cloying, while the roasted bitterness gives it its structure and a long, warm finish.

Created in 2013 by Andoni Galdos in Donostia San Sebastian. A warm, geeky place with an amazing welcome, this young brewery has all the hallmarks of a great one, with a perfect team not far from the universities.
