Tasting Notes: A hazy, generous, and intensely hopped beer that offers the full aromatic expression of a beautiful double dry-hop.
Both on the nose and palate, it's an explosion of fruit: citrus, mango, peach, pineapple, and grapefruit blend with finesse, without being heavy. The texture is soft and enveloping, the bitterness remains well-controlled, and the whole maintains a beautiful balance.
A juicy, aromatic, and very accessible NEIPA, perfect for lovers of modern beers with a fruity, tropical, and refreshing profile.
Created in 2017 by Vincent Chauvet and Baptiste Cartereau in Biarritz. Today, the brewery is located nearby in Anglet, where they had to expand to meet demand! Their beers are artisanal, brewed with passion, and bottled in their brewery in Anglet.
The idea of highlighting each of their ingredients goes hand in hand with writing clean, controlled, and perfected recipes. Above all, they want to let the different raw materials fully express their profile through highly aromatic, light, accessible, yet complex beers.
