Tasting notes : An expressive nose with notes of citrus zest, quince, and exotic fruit. The palate is full of energy, centered around dried passion fruit and quince. The finish is smooth yet mouthwatering and saline. A second vintage even punchier than the first—well done, Mathieu!

Mathieu Lauliac is launching his small estate on 1.5 hectares in the beautiful terroirs of La Chapelle de Rousse, which he has patiently planted over the past few years. Located on the hillside opposite Clos Joliette, the vineyard is planted exclusively with massal selections. He gained valuable experience at Domaine Lapeyre with Jean Bernard and is still involved with "Les Jardins de Babylone".
