In the heart of Domfrontais, the pear region, Pacory produces natural, farmhouse, and AOC ciders, perries, and Calvados from traditional standard-tree orchards.
Since the early 18th century, the Pacorys have been farmers in Domfrontais. They process apples and pears alongside their livestock farming activities. The Grimaux farm has been operated by their family since 1939!
The Grimaux Farm, spanning 100 hectares, has 1000 standard pear trees and 600 standard apple trees. The 200 tons of pears and apples harvested allow them to produce their juices, perries, and ciders, and their fabulous Calvados Domfrontais.
