Clément Perseval is a Champagne grower located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Nature Park. Clément took over 2 hectares of his family’s vines, releasing them under his own name before gradually taking charge of the entire estate. He works the vines in his own way, with deep respect for biodiversity, and vinifies naturally. His aim is to express the full potential of his Chamery terroir.
