Clément Perseval is a Champagne winemaker in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. He took over two hectares of the family vineyards, which he then labeled with his own name, before taking complete control of the estate. He cultivates the vines in his own way, respecting biodiversity, and vinifies naturally. His aim is to express the full potential of his Chamery terroir.
