Georges Rémy cultivates 4.5 hectares in Bouzy, on the Montagne de Reims, with parcels in Bouzy, Ambonnay, Tauxières, and Louvois. He produces Grand Cru and Premier Cru Champagnes using organic farming.
He is considered one of Champagne’s most talented growers. Based in Bouzy, a village renowned for its Pinot Noir, he crafts Champagnes of remarkable complexity and expressive, delicate Coteaux Champenois reds. Georges Rémy takes great care in vineyard and soil management; his soils have been ploughed since 2012.
