In the heart of Domfrontais, the pear region, Pacory produces natural, farmhouse, and AOC ciders, perries, and Calvados from traditional orchards.

Since the early 18th century, the Pacory family has been farming in the Domfrontais region. They have been processing apples and pears alongside their livestock activities. Their family has been operating the Grimaux farm since 1939!

Ferme des Grimaux, spanning 100 hectares, has 1000 traditional pear trees and 600 traditional apple trees. The 200 tonnes of pears and apples harvested allow them to produce their juices, perries, ciders, and fabulous Calvados Domfrontais.
