Clément Perseval is a Champagne winemaker in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. With solid experience, notably under the wing of Anselme Selosse, Clément took over 2 hectares of the family vineyards, releasing them under his own name before taking full control. He cultivates the vines in his own way, respecting biodiversity, and vinifies naturally. His work aims to express the full potential of his Chamery terroir.
