BELIN Ratafia Champenois Réserve Perpétuelle 18° 75cl White
Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Meunier
This liqueur is made from freshly pressed grape juice, fortified with Fine Champagne spirit.
After one year of ageing in oak barrels, the ratafia from the latest harvest is blended with reserve ratafias. Only a small portion is bottled, while the rest continues its long ageing cycle.
Olivier Belin’s vineyards are located on the sun-drenched slopes of Essômes-sur-Marne and Aulnois. To ensure diversity, he cultivates all three classic Champagne grape varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and, above all, Meunier. It is the blending of these three varieties that gives Champagne its distinctive character, with Meunier contributing to the personality and unique expression of the wines from the Vallée de la Marne.
