Food & Wine Evening Gift Voucher

Based on the concept of a "table d'hôte," convivial evenings. "Starter + Main Course + Seasonal Cheese or Dessert / 5 wines offered". Meals are prepared by Louise and Romain using market produce, local products, and seasonal vegetables and fruits. The wines are paired with the menu by Thomas and Romain. All this makes for a surprising evening and a culinary journey within the Cellar.

20 years ago, when Thomas still lived in Paris, he had the chance to organize ephemeral evenings with a chef friend. The meals took place in apartments in the 18th arrondissement. Unforgettable evenings due to the camaraderie between his friend in the kitchen and Thomas with the corkscrew. We were able to recreate these moments, first with Andrew (Andy) Rogers, a chef at the time at Camdeborde, originally from Liverpool. And today with Louise, Thomas's wife, and Romain, our Corsican!
