Tasting evenings on grape variety/country/region themes: come and discover a region, a country, a grape variety expressing its diversity according to the winemakers or the regions where it is produced, discover surprising vinification and aging techniques that will put the grape at the heart of the tasting.
Embark on a journey to Mediterranean vineyards or rediscover those of the Southwest, climb to high-altitude vineyards or more maritime ones, approach well-known or more confidential grape varieties in a different way – these are all the horizons that our themed tastings will transport you to.
The evenings offer different themes and take place as usual at the Cave du Palais 7 Place de la Libération Pau (Opposite the Palais de Justice)
