Made from a blend of non-aromatic Quebranta (68%) and aromatic Italia (17%) and Torontel (15%) grape varieties before distillation in copper stills.

It then rests for 3 to 6 months in large stainless steel tanks so as not to affect the taste or color.

It is perfectly enjoyed as a digestif with aromas of fruit (bananas, green apples and citrus) and vegetal notes.
