Tasting notes: Mineral, spicy, fruity, with sophisticated oenology, the Cuvée Bleu Chic, Olivier Belin's first creation, plays with Meunier to magnify Chardonnay.

Belin's vines are located on the sunny hillsides of the communes of Essômes-sur-Marne and Aulnois. For good diversity, they cultivate the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. It is the blending of these three Champagne grape varieties that gives Champagne wines their typical character. The Pinot Meunier grape variety contributes to the character and specificity of Champagne wines from the Marne Valley.
