Convinced by organic farming from the outset, he aims to promote the grape varieties and terroirs of Isère, which are true identity markers! He has also planted 2 hectares of rare and forgotten grape varieties such as Verdesse, Persan, Etraire, and Servanin! He is also fortunate to cultivate some old vines on his plots, most of which are fifty years old, with some even over a hundred years old! The identity of his wines is resolutely alpine!
