Today a beautiful 25-hectare estate managed organically, Clos des Jarres was created in 2010 by Vivien Hemelsdael in the communes of Laure and Caunes Minervois, at the foot of the Montagne Noire in the Aude region. Vivien, who took over from his parents who supplied their grapes to a cooperative, cultivates his vines and nurtures his wines with the utmost respect for his terroirs and plants, giving birth to complex wines full of life.
