Sébastien Fezas recently took over the family estate Jean Daugé in Courrensan, Gers. The vineyard covers 30 hectares, farmed organically and vinified as naturally as possible. However, only about 2 hectares (Syrah, Tannat, Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Manseng) are used for his own cuvées; the rest of the juice is sold to friends who are winemakers. All his wines display the freshness and tension that are the hallmarks of the South-West!
