Domaine Terres de Roa is a pioneer in Organic Farming in the Saint-Pourçain appellation, certified since 2009. Claudine, Luc, and their daughter, Loren, now manage their 11-hectare vineyard with respect for the environment. The parcels are spread across the communes of Monétay sur Allier and Bresnay. The sandy soil of the former allows the fruit to express itself more, while the granitic soil of the latter allows the minerality of the terroir to prevail. The estate has only been vinifying its production on site since 2010. In the vineyard, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. have been banned, giving way to respect for the environment and natural rhythms: preparations, Bordeaux mixture, vegetable compost, plowing...
