Tasting notes: The aromatic power is present! Cardamom and green Sichuan intermingle to give a vegetal and complex attack. The body is smoky, deep, you can even find the numbing side of Sichuan! Absinthe gives a long and enchanting finish, full of freshness, in which all the botanicals express themselves in a balanced and harmonious way.
Botanicals: Juniper (berry), Coriander (seed), Orris (root), Citrus (zest), Niort Angelica (root), Mate (leaf), Green Cardamom, Green Sichuan, Lapsang Souchong, Absinthe (flowering top)

"Ura Spirits" combines "ura" (water, in Basque), a symbol of freshness, and "spirits" (in English). The idea evokes a invigorating and authentic spirit, rooted in a strong local identity.
All spirits are produced from organic wheat alcohol and the reduction of % vol alc is carried out with mineral water from the Pyrenees on the Ariège side at the foot of Montcalm.
