Imanol Garay, originally from San Sebastián, is right where he can see his mountains. It all began with negoce grapes that he selected from both sides of the Pyrenees, French and Spanish. Then he gradually planted some vines. A cooper in a previous life, he already travelled France extensively, tasted many wines, and found inspiration. He is driven by his intuition, listening to his vines and the vibrations they emit. His wines are resolutely personal and vibrant... such an endearing artist winemaker!
