BEAUREGARD MIROUZE Lauzina 2023 Corbières 75cl White
Grape varieties: 60% Roussanne & Vermentino
Terroir: Campanian sandstone on the northern slopes of the Fontfroide Massif - Lauzina is the name of a plot. Its name comes from Occitan and means "holm oak". Many holm oaks surround our plots, which are like clearings.
Vinification/Aging: Direct pressing, debourbage, indigenous yeasts, vinification in 400-liter and 600-liter French oak demi-muids. Aging on lees for 4 months, then tank aging.
Tasting notes : Spicy and floral nose, full and elegant palate with beautiful bitterness that lengthens the finish.
🍷 Serve at 10-11°C
