Grape varieties: 35% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 20% Carignan & 10% Cinsault

Tasting notes: A deep garnet colour with violet highlights, dense and brilliant. The nose is expressive and complex, combining ripe black fruit aromas (blackberry, blackcurrant, black cherr) with spicy notes of pepper and cocoa, and a subtle balsamic hint. On the palate, it reveals a generous, silky texture, structured by fine, well-integrated tannins and lifted by elegant freshness. The finish is remarkably long, perfectly balancing power, finesse, and elegance.

🍷 Serving temperature: 17-18°C. Decant for 1 hour to allow the wine’s full aromatic complexity to unfold.
