Aurélien Revillot has been established since 2012 on 2.8 hectares across 7 parcels in Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. Originally from Mâcon, he is a trained oenologist with several years of experience as vineyard manager at Domaine de la Chevalerie in Bourgueil, not to mention his time working in various Burgundian estates
In 2018, he decided to dedicate more time to his own vines, working with respect for living ecosystems and a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar. His wines are marked by elegance and finesse.
