Inheriting a botanical tradition and artisanal know-how, Henri Marie's non-alcoholic and organic plant-based drinks bring the good taste of plants.

Ingredients: Carbonated water, verjuice , cane sugar* (per 100ml - 4g / 0 protein, 0 salt), elderflower*, birch sap*, macerated green walnut*, raspberry*, blackcurrant*, concentrated lemon juice* - *products from organic farming.

Healthy and gourmet, made with infusions, decoctions, and macerations of aromatic and medicinal plants, they are 100% natural, organic, alcohol-free, delicately sparkling, and low in calories. Developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Édouard Loubet, a passionate advocate of mountain plants, and crafted in the historic artisanal distillery located in Belley, using high-quality natural ingredients sourced from local producers.

The Sainte Famille distillery was established in the heart of Belley in the 1950s, the historical and religious capital of Bugey. The initiative came from Robert Rameaux, a local entrepreneur who proposed to distribute and manufacture the products developed, from 1905 onwards, by the brothers of the Holy Family.

After some forty prosperous years, Robert Rameaux sold the company to the Lehning laboratory, which was interested in the potential of Kario, which had meanwhile become a unique food supplement. Jean-Pierre Pellet took over the company in 2007 and laid the foundations for a new chapter in the distillery's history, diversifying into non-alcoholic beverages and acquiring manufacturing, production, and bottling capabilities.

The Grande Chartreuse acquired the company in 2023 with the aim of exploring the world of plants, skincare, and well-being, while also restoring the distillery to its former glory. Even today, the company's products are based on recipes passed down through generations and are still aged in the century-old casks installed by the Brothers of the Holy Family.
