Tasting Notes: A very beautiful cuvée, both complex and approachable, with a delicate nose of juicy fruits, present iodine and marine notes, and a round, pleasantly bitter, and very salivating palate. Immerse your nose in your empty glass, and you will still feel the strong marine and iodized aromas; it truly feels like being by the sea! A lovely cuvée for tasting or food/wine pairings with a nice fish recipe.
