PÉPITES Sébastien Fezas Domaine Jean Daugé Nature 2020/23 Sud Ouest 6 bottles
Sébastien Fezas recently took over the family estate Jean Daugé in Courrensan, in the Gers region. The vineyard covers 30 hectares, farmed organically and vinified as naturally as possible. Only 2 to 3 hectares (Syrah, Tannat, Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Manseng) are used for his own wines — the rest of the grapes are sold to friends who are winemakers. All his cuvées show the freshness and tension that are characteristic of wines from the South-West!
