Domaine Giacometti is nestled in a dreamlike setting! In the heart of the Agriate Desert, very close to the Gulf of Saint-Florent, Sarah & Simon (brother and sister) are now taking over the reins of this family estate, which spans three generations. The Agriate Desert, which is far from being deserted, has been part of the Patrimonio AOC since 1987 – the AOC itself dates back to 1968. It is characterized by a granitic soil and a basin-like morphology that allows it to retain water underground and to let the wind rush through. The wines are sunny and incredibly juicy, with a good dose of freshness! ☀️
