Each fruit is carefully selected before macerating for several weeks in Longueteau 50° agricultural rum.
With over 20 years of expertise in creating and making "homemade" punches, Longueteau strives to offer the best through authentic and delicious recipes.
The Longueteau Distillery:
Since 1895, the Longueteau Distillery, still family-owned to this day, has been producing agricultural rums from the sugarcane plantations of the Domaine du Marquisat de Sainte Marie, located at the foot of the Soufrière massif. It is also the only one on the island to be self-sufficient in sugarcane thanks to 70 hectares of plots!
The estate comprises 12 plots of 2 varieties of sugarcane, Red Cane (R-579) and Blue Cane (B69-566). Each plot on the estate is cultivated and selected to convey the expression of an exceptional terroir, the perfect combination of soil, environment, and family know-how.
