Distinctive sweet molasses-based rums distilled in modern multi-column stills. The distillery cultivates its own cane for aguardiente and rum production and also cultivates historic yeast cultures that add character and individuality. Chiriqui rums have been aged a second time in Moscatel casks to give more structure to the spirit.
