Blend: Premium Taiwanese Oolong teas, verjuice from the Dordogne, kombucha and kefir cultures, and botanical extracts of Davana, Tagetes and blackcurrant buds.

Tasting profile: An elegant, delicately sparkling alcohol-free creation, with notes of biscuits and cocoa beans, followed by yellow fruits and lovely floral nuances. The finish is vibrant, lingering and subtly delicious.

Food pairings: Perfect as an aperitif with savoury bites such as gougères, savoury macarons, tempura, salmon rillettes or chorizo pastries. Equally at home alongside a meal featuring fish (turbot with beurre blanc sauce), pan-seared scallops or roast poultry. For dessert, try it with poached pears and Breton shortbread or a hazelnut financier.

Storage: Store at room temperature or in a cellar before opening. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 8 days.
