A la miellerie du Soubestre, Léa, Antoine et Sylvain sont apiculteurs au nord de Pau à Lonçon. Cet hydromel est fait à partir d'un des miels à dominante Bourdaine - Ronce, qui sont produit en forêt des Landes. C'est un hydromel demi-sec (environ 70 g de sucre
