Clos Larrouyat is a small 3-hectare estate founded in 2011 by Maxime and Lucie Salharang. In the Jurançon appellation, the domaine is located on the Haut de Gan, on an atypical terroir within the appellation, with Triassic limestone soils. The estate is farmed according to biodynamic principles. In their wines, they seek to highlight the tension, minerality and salinity that are typical of their unique location.
