Sébastien Coustarret tends the family vineyard, handed down through seven generations. The estate lies on the hillsides of Lasseube, nestled in greenery at 380m altitude, facing the magnificent Pyrenees Mountains. Guided by ancestral knowledge and his passion for the craft, he strives to showcase the unique character of Jurançon’s grape varieties. Indeed, it is the harmony between sweetness, freshness and alcohol that creates the elegance and nobility of great wines. Through rigour, patience and observation, the vines yield the finest fruit, brimming with rare flavours and expressions.
