Dominique Andiran, a winemaker with a strong personality who needs no (or almost no!) introduction, is based near us in Montréal du Gers, in the Gers part of Armagnac. He has an almost innate art and manner of making wine! He is one of the best self-taught natural winemakers of his time! Whites, reds, oxidative wines… his "natural" wines reflect the singular personality of the winemaker!
These are 7 hectares of vineyards, a lot of manual work in the vineyard and very little effort in the cellar... you have to let nature express itself. For lovers of natural wines and the curious, you really must taste them!
