PACORY Pear Vinegar 75cl

In the heart of Domfrontais, the pear country, Pacory produces natural, farm-made, AOC ciders, perries, and Calvados from traditional standard orchards.

Since the early 18th century, the Pacory family has been farming in Domfrontais. They process apples and pears alongside their livestock farming activities. The Grimaux farm has been run by their family since 1939!

The Ferme des Grimaux, spanning 100 hectares, boasts 1000 standard pear trees and 600 standard apple trees. The 200 tons of pears and apples harvested allow them to produce their juices, perries, ciders, and fabulous Calvados Domfrontais.
